职位描述
1、负责AI 知识体系的整体规划与架构设计，确保知识库结构清晰，可支撑客服、导购、维修、AI Agent / Skill 的高效调用与准确分发； 2、制定知识采集、撰写、结构化质量规范，推动原始素材（产品手册、SOP、FAQ、技术工单）向 AI 可理解、可检索、可推理的方向转化，持续提升知识入库效率与可用性，输出知识库建设标准 SOP，可被其他业务团队复制； 3、统筹产品知识维护与多业务线协同，作为产品知识代表，参与产品 NPI 流程，覆盖影石全产品线知识导入与发布评审；与上下游团队，建立高效协作机制； 4、负责监控知识调用量、准确率、用户负反馈率等核心指标，分析知识缺口与冗余，制定知识更新、下线与灰度发布策略，持续优化覆盖度与精准度； 5、跟踪前沿技术与知识工程最佳实践，持续跟踪 RAG / Agent / Skill 工程化等领域的前沿技术与最佳实践，探索新技术在知识生产与运营中的应用，推动知识库能力升级与效能提升。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，信息管理、知识工程、语言学（英专八）、计算机科学等相关专业优先； 2、3 年以上知识管理 / 内容运营 / 知识库运营经验，有从 0 到 1 搭建企业级知识库（>1 万条文档量级）的落地经验；具备 RAG / 向量检索 / 知识图谱的基本工程理解； 3、熟练使用至少一种AI知识库平台（腾讯乐享 / 飞书知识库 / Notion AI 等），结构化写作能力强，能输出字段级、模板化的知识规范； 4、跨部门推动力强，数据敏感（能用数据证明知识库的 ROI：覆盖度 / 准确率 / 业务调用量 / 人力节省），具备知识库业务规划和跨部门知识管理经验优先。
