职位概述 我们正在寻找一位高技能的 AI 研究工程师，负责设计、原型开发和优化端到端的人工智能系统，以实现企业工作流程的自动化。在此岗位上，你将连接应用研究与工程落地，开发前沿的 AI 模型、工具和平台，以简化决策流程、提升运营效率，并为企业用户开拓新的智能能力。 主要职责 - 在流程自动化、知识系统和智能决策支持等领域进行人工智能与机器学习的应用研究。 - 开发、训练并部署可与企业工具集成的模型（如 ERP、CRM、LLM 接口以及知识图谱）。 - 与数据工程、产品及业务团队协作，识别自动化机会并部署可扩展的 AI 解决方案。 - 构建用于持续学习与模型优化的生产环境管道与基础设施。 - 跟踪基础模型、多模态 AI、强化学习与自主智能体的发展趋势，并评估其在企业场景下的潜在应用。 - 撰写内部技术报告，并为公司的知识产权积累作出贡献。
