加入蔚来能源数智化团队，面向充换电运营、能源电力、电池资产、BaaS服务等核心场景，共同打造高复杂度、强业务闭环的真实智能化产品系统。 - 负责能源数智化 AI 产品的全生命周期管理，包括 0-1 规划、产品定义、方案设计、上线运营与持续迭代。 - 深入理解充换电、电池、电力等核心业务场景，识别高价值 AI 应用机会。 - 设计从数据洞察、智能分析、策略决策到执行反馈的端到端闭环，明确自动化边界、人工介入机制及风险控制要求。 - 建立 AI 产品评测与运营机制，持续评估业务收益、任务成功率、准确性、采纳率、稳定性、时效与成本，并基于数据驱动迭代。 - 规划并推动预测、优化、推荐、决策等传统机器学习模型的产品化落地。 - 协同业务、算法、数据、研发等团队推进复杂项目，推动产品从概念验证走向规模化、稳定化应用。
