岗位定位 负责公司 AI 应用从 0 到 1 落地、难点攻坚、经验沉淀与工程化提效，既要能独立完成 AI 应用开发，也要能推动工具 / 组件 / 平台建设，提升整体团队 AI 研发效率。 岗位职责 1. 负责部门各类大模型 AI 应用的需求分析、技术选型、方案设计与开发落地，包括但不限于 RAG、智能对话、Agent、知识库、AI 助手等。 2. 解决 AI 应用落地中的核心技术难题：效果不稳定、性能、并发、成本、向量库优化、Prompt 优化、 幻觉、多轮对话、工具调用 等问题攻坚。 3. 沉淀项目经验，输出通用组件、SDK、开发规范、最佳实践，避免重复造轮子与技术混乱。 4. 参与技术方案评审、CodeReview，推动团队 AI 研发规范化、工程化。 5. 从业务痛点出发，规划并推动 AI 工程化平台 / 工具建设：如 RAG 引擎、Prompt 管理平台、评测平台、监控告警、部署流水线、低成本调用服务等。 6. 跟踪业界大模型应用、AI 工程化技术趋势，引入合适技术落地到公司业务。
