职位描述

1. 项目规划与推进：负责AI智能体在智能车控领域的落地战略制定，包括增程能量管理、动力系统管理、车辆健康诊断等模块的智能化应用；组织跨部门团队，协调资源，推动项目实施，确保按时交付并满足业务需求；
2. 技术研发与优化：深入研究AI智能体技术在智能车控领域的应用，如环境感知、驾乘人员喜好管理等，探索创新解决方案；优化车辆能量管理、动力系统控制等模块的AI算法，提升系统性能和用户体验；
3. 团队管理与协作：组建和管理AI智能体落地团队，合理分配任务，提升团队整体能力；与研发、产品等部门紧密合作，确保技术方案与业务需求紧密结合；
4. 数据管理与安全：建立数据管理体系，保障数据的准确性、完整性和安全性；遵守数据隐私法规，确保数据的合法合规使用。

职位要求

1. 计算机科学、人工智能、机械工程等相关专业硕士及以上学历；
2. 有3年以上智能车控领域工作经验，熟悉增程能量管理、动力系统管理等模块者优先；
3. 有AI项目落地经验，具备全流程管理能力；
4. 熟悉Python、C++等编程语言，掌握TensorFlow、PyTorch等深度学习框架；
5. 熟悉环境感知、数据处理等技术，能够进行算法设计与优化；
6. 具备优秀的团队管理与协作能力，能够激励团队并推动项目进展；
7. 具备良好的沟通能力，能够与各方有效协调；
8. 对智能车控领域有深入了解，能够将AI技术与业务需求紧密结合；
9. 在国际顶级会议（如ICML、NeurIPS、ICLR、CVPR等）或期刊（如JMLR、TPAMI等）上发表过高水平学术论文，具有一定的学术影响力着优先；
10. 参与过大型AI项目的研发和落地，具有丰富的项目管理经验和实战能力优先；
11. 在特定的AI智能体技术领域（如强化学习、多智能体系统等）有深入的研究和实践经验，具备解决复杂技术问题的能力。
