AI 应用研发工程师（上海）上海社招全职数字技术本科及以上7-10 年职位描述岗位定位
负责公司 AI 应用从 0 到 1 落地、难点攻坚、经验沉淀与工程化提效，既要能独立完成 AI 应用开发，也要能推动工具 / 组件 / 平台建设，提升整体团队 AI 研发效率。
岗位职责
1. 负责部门各类大模型 AI 应用的需求分析、技术选型、方案设计与开发落地，包括但不限于 RAG、智能对话、Agent、知识库、AI 助手等。
2. 解决 AI 应用落地中的核心技术难题：效果不稳定、性能、并发、成本、向量库优化、Prompt 优化、幻觉、多轮对话、工具调用等问题攻坚。
3. 沉淀项目经验，输出通用组件、SDK、开发规范、最佳实践，避免重复造轮子与技术混乱。
4. 参与技术方案评审、CodeReview，推动团队 AI 研发规范化、工程化。
5. 从业务痛点出发，规划并推动 AI 工程化平台 / 工具建设：如 RAG 引擎、Prompt 管理平台、评测平台、监控告警、部署流水线、低成本调用服务等。
6. 跟踪业界大模型应用、AI 工程化技术趋势，引入合适技术落地到公司业务。职位要求1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3 年及以上后端 / AI 应用研发经验。
2. 精通 Java，熟悉 Python，具备扎实的工程化与代码功底。
3. 有真实上线的大模型应用落地经验，深度参与过至少一类：RAG 知识库、智能对话、Agent 工作流、函数调用、多模态 AI 应用等。
4. 熟悉向量数据库、Embedding、Prompt 工程、评测与优化方法。
5. 具备服务化、组件化、平台化思维，做过可复用组件 / 工具 / 平台优先。
6. 熟悉常用后端技术栈：SpringBoot、MySQL/Redis、消息队列、Docker 等。
7. 有问题排查、性能优化、稳定性建设经验，能独立攻坚复杂技术问题。
8. 善于总结沉淀、推动落地，沟通与推动能力强，有组件化 / 工具化 / 平台化意识。

1. 有 MLOps / 模型部署 / 推理优化 / 监控平台建设经验。
2. 主导过内部 AI 平台、RAG 中间件等系统设计与开发。
3. 有跨团队协作、技术负责人 / 架构师经验。
