Job Description

AI运营经理/资深经理(产品方向-汽车客服领域)广州全职营销服板块职位描述岗位职责
1、负责汽车客服场景智能客服产品全生命周期运营,优化智能问答、语音助手等产品,提升服务效率与用户体验。
2、主导 AI 产品专项工作,完成需求调研、功能规划、落地执行及效果复盘,推动话术库、意图识别模型等核心模块迭代。
3、联动业务、技术、算法团队,梳理 AI 产品需求并输出 PRD,协调跨部门资源保障产品按计划上线落地。
4、搭建汽车客服 AI 产品数据指标体系,监控分析运营数据,输出报告并提出产品优化策略。
5、收集一线及用户反馈,结合行业趋势与竞品分析,持续迭代 AI 产品功能,提升场景适配性。
6、参与 AI 产品体系搭建,设计人机协同运营机制,推动 AI 产品规模化应用,降低人工成本。
7、沉淀汽车客服 AI 产品运营方法论与 SOP,赋能团队提升整体运营能力。
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历,相关专业优先;3 年及以上 AI 客服 / 智能产品运营(产品方向)工作经验,汽车行业客服领域经验优先。
2、熟悉智能客服产品运营逻辑,掌握话术库、知识库、人机协同等核心模块优化方法,能独立设计并落地运营方案。
3、具备产品思维与数据驱动意识,熟练使用 Excel/SQL/BI 等分析工具,有 AI 产品专项项目落地经验优先。
4、了解 NLP、语音识别等 AI 技术在客服领域的应用,能与技术、算法团队高效沟通,推动需求落地。
5、具备优秀的跨部门协作、项目管理及问题解决能力,执行力与抗压能力强。
6、了解汽车售后咨询、投诉处理等典型客服场景,能快速挖掘场景化 AI 产品需求。
7、具备良好的文档撰写与文字表达能力,工作严谨,有团队协作精神。职位要求-- 投递
