Agronomy Operations – Condensed Description

This part-time role supports cooperative operations by safely delivering agronomy and grain products, applying crop inputs, and maintaining equipment and facilities.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Operate application equipment and GPS/variable-rate systems.
• Deliver agronomy products and assist with loading and grain handling.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and report repairs or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate delivery, driving, and material-use records.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and cooperative policies.
• Attend required safety meetings and support a professional, team-focused work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to obtain Commercial Applicator license (1A, 1B, 1C) and Class A CDL/ELDT.
• Ability to work long seasonal hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks including climbing and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
