The Position:
PREFER: Agricultural Journeyman Technician
OPTIONAL: Journeyman Technician (on or Off-road)
BRAND EXPERIENCE: New Holland or CASE IH or John Deere or Caterpillar or Kubota or AGCO
Determine extent of repair required
Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts
Test repaired equipment for proper performance
Clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work
Service attachments and working tools
Analytical and problem solving skills
Decision making skills
Effective verbal and listening communications skills
Ability to read and write to keep daily records including maintenance reports and documentation
Stress & time management skills
Must have your own tools
The Pay:
Straight Time shop starting between $45.00/hour and $55.00/hour (can be negotiated higher depending on experience)
Three weeks paid vacation after your first year
Benefits after 90 days of employment
Paid Training
Relocation paid for the right candidate
