What’s the role?

Are you passionate about the future of Australian agriculture and ready to influence one of the country's most important industries?

As Industry Lead, Agriculture, you'll help shape Westpac's position in the market by bringing together industry expertise, customer insights and strategic thinking. This is a permanent opportunity with Sydney as the preferred location, however we're open to considering candidates from other locations. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

You'll be the voice of the agriculture sector within Westpac, helping develop customer value propositions, guide strategic initiatives and strengthen our presence across the industry. Working closely with customers, industry organisations, internal specialists and senior stakeholders, you'll help ensure we're creating meaningful value and supporting growth across the sector.

You'll also represent Westpac in market, build influential relationships and help identify opportunities that strengthen our position as a trusted banking partner for Australia's agriculture industry.

What do I need?

• Strong knowledge of the agriculture industry and emerging market trends
• Ability to develop customer focused strategies and value propositions
• Outstanding relationship building and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience collaborating across diverse teams to deliver shared outcomes
