ACG_3548_JOB Our client is a leading organization in the food processing industry, currently seeking a qualified professional to join their team. Strategy and Management:
Develop the raw material area development strategy in alignment with the company’s production and export plans.
Oversee all operations of the Agriculture Division, including workforce planning, budgeting, and production plans.
Plantation and Raw Material Area Development
Identify, survey, and assess land potential in Kon Tum and surrounding areas to expand plantation/raw material zones.
Develop land-use plans and implement industrial-scale passion fruit/pineapple cultivation projects.
Support the establishment of standardized cultivation procedures, such as GlobalG.A.P., Organic, and other relevant standards, and supervise implementation.
Manage investment costs, productivity, and crop quality across plantation areas effectively.
Provide strategic direction for developing new crop varieties suited to local soil and climate conditions to improve yield and competitiveness.
External Relations:
Work directly with provincial departments, agencies, and authorities while building sustainable relationships with local governments to secure alignment and support for raw material area development.
Identify, propose, and implement available government support policies, including tax incentives, financing support, technical assistance, and agricultural extension programs.
Represent the company at agricultural conferences and forums, and build connections with regulatory bodies and research institutes.
Production Partnerships with Farmers/Cooperatives:
Develop production partnership and offtake models for farming households and cooperatives.
Manage farmer training, transfer cultivation techniques, and supervise input quality.
Ensure a balanced benefit-sharing model between the company and local communities, fostering long-term engagement.
Research and Production Organization for High-Quality Crop Varieties
Lead and implement research and development plans for crop varieties suited to local climate, soil conditions, and the company’s production and business needs.
Partner with research institutes, universities, and agricultural experts in Vietnam and overseas to strengthen R&D capabilities.
Team Training and Development
Manage the Agriculture Division’s workforce and build a strong team of technicians and plantation development officers.
Train and enhance team capabilities in technical expertise, project management, and external stakeholder relations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, Biology, or related fields.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience managing large-scale agricultural projects.
Proven experience working with local authorities, with strong understanding of legal procedures related to land and agriculture.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Candidates with experience developing raw material areas for industrial crops or export-oriented fruit crops are preferred.
