Do you have experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining tractors, skid steers, loaders, implements, or other agricultural equipment? Are you comfortable troubleshooting the hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems found on agricultural and heavy equipment? Do you enjoy digging into equipment problems, identifying the root cause, and completing quality repairs that get equipment back into operation? If so, then we are looking for you!
MNL is a full-service ecological restoration company dedicated to Healing the Earth. Our services include native seed and plant production, shoreline and wetland restoration, prescribed burns, conservation grazing, vegetation management, and ecological consulting. We also support solar and infrastructure projects with pollinator-friendly practices and land stewardship expertise.
Behind that work is a large and diverse fleet of vehicles and equipment that our teams depend on every day. Our Shop team plays an important role in keeping that equipment safe, reliable, and ready to support field operations throughout the year.
We are seeking an Agricultural Service Technician/Mechanic to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain the agricultural and heavy equipment used throughout our operations. You'll work on a diverse fleet that includes tractors, skid steers, compact track loaders, wheel loaders, utility vehicles, implements, attachments, and other diesel- and gasoline-powered equipment.
This is a hands-on position for an experienced technician who understands the complexity of agricultural and heavy equipment and enjoys troubleshooting beyond simply replacing parts. We're looking for someone who can confidently work through mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic issues, identify the root cause of equipment problems, and complete quality repairs that maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
You'll perform both shop and field repairs, take ownership of assigned work from diagnosis through completion, and communicate closely with Shop leadership when additional repairs, parts, or other issues are identified.
This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Work is performed both in MNL's shop and in the field, so travel may be required.

Founded in 1998, MNL is an ecological restoration company with professional services ranging from prairie and stream restoration to prescribed burning and conservation grazing.
