What’s the role?

Looking for a role where you can combine your agricultural industry knowledge with meaningful customer impact?

As an Agricultural Case Manager, Business Assist, you'll support customers experiencing financial hardship and complex agricultural lending challenges. Working as part of our Customer Solutions team, you'll manage a portfolio of customers, identify sustainable solutions and partner closely with Credit and Risk teams to achieve positive outcomes for both customers and the bank.

Based in Adelaide / Tarndanya, Kaurna Country, this is a full time opportunity where you'll draw on your agricultural expertise, critical thinking and relationship management skills to navigate complex situations and deliver practical solutions. You'll also play an important role in stakeholder engagement, end to end customer reviews, process improvement initiatives and supporting strategic outcomes across Customer Assist.

What do I need?

• Experience in agribusiness banking, Agribusiness Relationship Management or the agricultural industry.

• Experience managing distressed lending, hardship, collections, restructuring or complex customer cases.

• Strong understanding of agricultural customers and the challenges faced by rural and regional communities.

• Ability to make commercially sound decisions while balancing customer outcomes, risk and compliance obligations.

• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to develop sustainable customer solutions.
