Our Regional and Agribusiness Banking (RAB) team is passionate about supporting businesses across Australia and enhancing the financial wellbeing of our regional communities. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of Agribusiness clients across Albury and surrounding areas, delivering full banking solutions and building long-term partnerships.

You’ll be joining an already successful and high-performing team—your fresh perspective, energy, and commitment to client outcomes will help us go even further.

We work flexibly—balancing time between the office, farm visits and remote work—to support our clients, our team, and your life outside of work.

What You’ll Do

• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and goals
• Deliver tailored financial solutions in collaboration with product specialists
• Lead deal strategy, execution, and negotiation with a focus on proactive risk management
• Drive business development and grow your portfolio through new client acquisition
• Champion client success and sustainable business growth across the region

Who You Are

• A passionate relationship builder with a strong understanding of the Australian Agribusiness landscape
• Skilled in deal origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex financial solutions
• Comfortable with financial analysis and credit decisioning, with a solid grasp of cash-flow dynamics
• Energised by collaboration and committed to delivering exceptional client outcomes
