ABOUT THE TEAM

You'll join a tight-knit team that values clear thinking, extreme ownership, and high-velocity decision-making. We operate in short feedback loops, support one another without ego, and are deeply motivated by the opportunity to build foundational infrastructure for the future of money.
We're seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of features and products across the stack, from user-facing interfaces to reliable backend infrastructure. You'll work closely with product, design, operations, finance, and external partners and customers to gather requirements, prototype quickly, and ship with confidence. You have strong product taste, a bias toward MVP thinking, and are as comfortable reasoning about user experience as you are about backend systems, API design, or database schemas. Our stack includes TypeScript, React, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana. This is a role where you'll own it end to end, from the first prototype through launch, iteration, and beyond.
We value real-time collaboration and prefer candidates located close to Eastern Time, while welcoming exceptional engineers from Pacific Time through ET+2. Regardless of location, your working hours will need to substantially overlap with ET business hours.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of fullstack development experience, with 3+ years in TypeScript/Node.js and a modern frontend framework (React preferred)
- Fluency with relational databases and SQL
- Proven ability to ship production systems, frontend and backend, with high uptime and minimal maintenance burden
- Strong product instincts and an eye for good design; you can work from a Figma file but will also push back when something doesn't feel right
- Comfortable working directly with external partners and customers on requirements gathering, integration, and iterative feature development
- MVP mindset: you know how to scope a milestone, ship it, learn from it, and iterate fast
- Strong commitment to clean code principles and automated testing
- Deep understanding of API design, versioning, documentation, and modern authentication patterns
- Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating across product, design, and operations in remote, asynchronous environments
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments where you've worn many hats
- Track record of prototyping and launching customer-facing products, not just internal tools
- Familiarity with performance profiling, latency reduction, and service-level adherence
- Background in designing and operating event-driven architectures
- Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana
- Passion for building tools, internal or external, that meaningfully improve how people work with money
- Hands-on experience building in crypto, including working with onchain libraries/services and integrating with blockchain infrastructure
- Experience integrating with blockchain node software (e.g., Geth, Solana validators)
