Gesamtverantwortliche Steuerung des operativen Einkaufs- und Beschaffungsprozesses für Produktionsmaterialien, Dienstleistungen und Investitionsgüter
Sicherstellung der qualitäts-, termin- und kostengerechten Versorgung des Werkes
Vorbereitung und Durchführung größerer Einkaufsabschlüsse und Verhandlungen
Laufende Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung des Lieferantenportfolios sowie Auswahl und Implementierung neuer Lieferanten
Durchführung von Kostenanalysen sowie Unterstützung von Outsourcing-/Insourcing-Entscheidungen
Steuerung von Lieferanten im Hinblick auf Qualität, Preis und Liefertreue
Führung von Teams zur Einkaufsoptimierung und Übernahme von Verantwortung im Projekteinkauf
Abgeschlossenes Studium (FH / Bachelor / Diplom) der Betriebswirtschaft, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf eines industriellen Umfelds
Erfahrung in Verhandlungsführung, Lieferantenmanagement und Kostenanalyse
Technisches Verständnis und Produktkenntnisse im Bereich Transformatoren von Vorteil
Hohe strategische, analytische und kommunikative Kompetenz
Eigenständige, verantwortungsbewusste und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
