We give you a world of potential

Are you passionate about turning complex information into clear, engaging content that helps clients and colleagues succeed? We're looking for an AGM Product Specialist to support our global AGM (Annual General Meeting) team. Working across multiple regions and functions, you'll help enhance how we communicate product capabilities, regulatory developments and service offerings to our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in strategic initiatives while building relationships with stakeholders across the business. As part of a global team, you'll occasionally work across different time zones and collaborate with colleagues around the world, gaining valuable exposure to international teams and projects. You'll contribute to the continued evolution of our AGM services while developing valuable product expertise and expanding your professional network.

A role you will love

No two days are the same in this role. Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll support a range of AGM product initiatives, partnering with colleagues across Products, Client Services, Marketing, Business Development and Technology to enhance our services and client experience.

You'll help internal teams understand and communicate the value of our AGM solutions while supporting product improvements, regulatory change and key business initiatives. This is a highly visible role offering exposure to a wide range of stakeholders and projects across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the delivery, enhancement and continuous improvement of AGM products and services
  • Creating and maintaining product documentation, training materials, presentations and client-facing content
  • Partnering with Client Services, Business Development and Marketing teams to build product knowledge and support client engagement
  • Monitoring regulatory developments and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Conducting market research, gathering feedback and analysing trends to support product development and decision-making
  • Supporting business initiatives through testing, implementation activities and continuous improvement projects

What will you bring to the role?

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on quality and delivery. You'll be organised, proactive and comfortable working independently, while building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across different teams, cultures and locations.

You'll also bring:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging and easy-to-understand content
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work effectively across global teams
  • A proactive mindset, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while taking ownership of your work
  • Experience supporting products, services, projects or business processes within a professional environment
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of AGM services, corporate governance, issuer services or related financial services products
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and geographically dispersed teams
  • Understanding of product lifecycle activities, testing, implementation or change management processes

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team, contribute to high-profile initiatives and build expertise in a specialist area of the business. You'll develop highly transferable skills, expand your professional network and play a key role in shaping how our AGM services are communicated and supported globally.
