Job Description


Requirements:-

- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

- Work Experience 12–15 years of relevant experience in construction contracts and commercial management.

- At least 5 years in a senior management position (Senior Manager, Head of Contracts, AGM level, etc.).

- Proven experience handling large-scale projects, preferably: Data centres

Technical Knowledge

Strong understanding of:

- PAM contracts (Malaysia)

- Contract administration

- Claims and variation management

- Procurement and tendering

- Cost control and budgeting

- Dispute resolution

- Data Centre-Specific Experience

Scope:

- Leading QS teams.

- Stakeholder management with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

- Negotiation and risk management.

- Strategic planning and commercial decision-making.
