Job Description

Pioneer North Queensland (PNQ) are seeking casual HR Agitators to join our team at our Woree Concrete Plant in Cairns. We are looking for drivers who are passionate about safety, results focused and have a strong work ethic. Effective communication and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers is essential. These are full time roles, Monday to Friday, requiring early starts and late finishes. Overtime will be available in accordance with business needs, including rostered Saturday work.

In your new role with us, you will:

  • Drive reliable and well-maintained equipment

  • Loading and delivery of concrete to our customers

  • Operate and maintain a concrete agitator truck

  • General concrete plant maintenance

This role is a great fit for you if you:

  • Hold a valid HR or HC Drivers Licence

  • Experience driving an agitator truck preferred but not essential

  • Current White Card or ability to obtain if successful

  • Are results focused, self-motivated and take pride in your work

  • Have a professional work ethic with a customer service oriented attitude

  • Have a collaborative attitude and enjoy being part of a results driven environment

  • Are skills focused and keen to work as part of a productive team

  • Have a high regard for safety policies and procedures
