Mission Overview:

We are seeking an Agile Transformation Coach with strong IT transformation expertise for a consultancy mission at a client site representing Keystone Solutions. This role involves delivering key outcomes across various areas of Agile transformation.

Key Deliverables:

• Agile Maturity Assessment & Organizational Analysis:
• Conduct maturity assessments within relevant transformation domains. Analyze current working methods, IT governance, and collaboration with architecture, security, and leadership. Identify strengths, gaps, risks, and priority improvement areas. Challenge existing Agile practices using external expertise and best practices.
• Transformation Strategy & Roadmap:
• Translate digital strategy into concrete IT transformation initiatives. Collaborate with management and stakeholders to define the desired future state and support strategic choices and prioritization.
• Operating Model & Agile Governance:
• Assist in designing a future-oriented operating model. Advise on roles, responsibilities, and decision-making structures while ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
• KPI's, Metrics & Success Criteria:
• Define IT-specific KPIs and metrics for tracking progress and maturity. Support management in interpreting metrics for continuous improvement.
• Coaching & Mentoring of the Agile Coaching Team:
• Coach and mentor the Agile Coaching Team, enhancing competencies in organizational change and Agile transformation.
• Management Coaching & Agile Leadership:
• Guide IT management and leaders in Agile leadership, supporting the evolution of management practices towards autonomy and transparency.

Technical and Generic Competencies:

We require demonstrable expertise in Agile & Lean methodologies, with extensive experience in guiding Agile transformations within complex organizations. Candidates should possess strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities, and a focus on knowledge transfer and sustainable change.
