The Opportunity: CACI’s growing Agile Digital Solutions Operating Group is searching for an Agile tools architect supporting the modernization and transformation of a large portfolio of enterprise business solutions used by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). The candidate will be part of a team where complex problem solving, and communication skills are critical to success.
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with Senior delivery team leadership providing subject matter expertise to mature tools and related processes to drive consistency using the CACI ASF/scaled agile model
Evaluate opportunities to leverage/implement third party applications/plugins to optimize performance of Agile work management tools
Implement and maintain automation to increase efficiency for delivery and management teams
Drive adoption and adherence to agile best practices as aligned to the contract model to drive efficiencies
Liaise with RTEs, architects, and other stakeholders; fostering quality communication between disciplines
Strengthen the presence of the team within the Agile Communities of Practice, actively contributing to the organization
Qualifications:
Required:
Demonstrated experience in deployment, administration, and configuration of Atlassian or other Agile work management tools, including supporting associated process alignment
Experience in the integration of third-party plugins to extend the capabilities of Atlassian tools
Understanding of Atlassian tool suite and API capabilities with experience integrating with other systems, including ITSM management systems such as ServiceNow.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and eight (8) years of related experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong Agile background, with experience using Agile Scrum or Scaled Agile approach. SAFe Practitioner, or other relevant Scaled Agile Certification preferred.
Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong communication skills and work ethic; self-starter
Must be able to obtain and maintain a NASA Public Trust background investigation
Desired:
Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) certification
Experience supporting the NASA Web Services Operational Environment
Experience supporting enterprise level Federal government projects
Prior lead-level experience on an enterprise/large scale Agile software development effort
Experience supporting modernization and cloud initiatives
Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$90,300-$189,600
