Job Description

This role is pivotal in driving large-scale technology initiatives for CCV InterTech. As a Scrum Master and Project Manager, you will lead Agile teams and coordinate vendor partnerships to deliver full-stack software solutions across desktop and mobile platforms. The position demands a seasoned leader who can champion Agile principles, manage complex project lifecycles, and align cross-functional efforts to achieve strategic objectives. Success in this role requires strong technical acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to foster collaboration between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Leadership & Team Enablement

  • Promote Agile/Scrum values and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure clarity and engagement.

Project & Vendor Management

  • Oversee all phases of the SDLC, ensuring deliverables meet scope, quality, budget, and timeline.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate deliverables, and resolve conflicts across multiple workstreams.

Strategic Planning & Risk Mitigation

  • Develop project roadmaps, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, lead contingency planning, and escalate issues when necessary.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide transparent updates and manage expectations effectively.

Technical & Compliance Oversight

  • Support requirements gathering, integration planning, and solution validation.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory compliance.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Track progress using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, plans, decisions, and lessons learned.

Change Management & Collaboration

  • Drive organizational change initiatives and facilitate alignment across teams.
  • Foster a positive team environment through strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution.

  • Demonstrates personal integrity, humility, and spiritual maturity.
  • Actively engaged in CCV’s community or home church through worship, tithing, and group participation.
  • Models CCV’s values and mission in personal and professional life.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 4+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Proven success managing large-scale, multi-phase software development projects.
  • Advanced proficiency with project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Monday, Asana).
  • Strong vendor management, negotiation, and performance oversight skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.
  • Experience in risk management and prioritizing in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, business, or related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Additional certifications such as SAFe Agilist or PMP.
  • Experience in faith-based or non-profit organizations.
