Agile Scrum Master
The Agile Coach is responsible for driving Agile transformation across medical device software development teams, ensuring that Agile principles, practices, and ways of working are effectively adopted in regulated environments.
The role focuses on enabling cross-functional teams to improve delivery efficiency, product quality, and compliance by embedding Agile methodologies aligned with IEC 62304, design controls, and quality management requirements. Acting as a transformation leader and facilitator, the Agile Coach partners with software development, system engineering, quality, regulatory, and project teams to establish sustainable Agile practices and continuous improvement culture.
In addition, the role leads the adoption of modern engineering approaches, including Harness Engineering and AI-assisted coding practices, to enhance developer productivity, coding quality, and traceability, while ensuring responsible usage aligned with governance, compliance, and product safety expectations.
Job Responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
Work Experience
Certifications:
Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP), Certified Product Owner, or equivalent system, software development certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills (Technical/Functional Skills):

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
