In this role, you’ll sit at the nerve center of the client’s enterprise Agile ecosystem, driving alignment across engineering, architecture, networking, cybersecurity, data teams, and senior leadership. You’ll blend the art of coaching with the discipline of delivery, guiding multiple Agile teams and Scrum Masters while synchronizing an enterprise‑scale Release Train that delivers real value to the mission.

You Have:
8+ years of experience coaching Agile teams in large, complex organizations
8+ years of experience serving as Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, or enterprise‑level Agile facilitator
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile or Lean metrics
Experience driving continuous improvement, dependency management, and program‑level synchronization
Experience working with engineering, architecture, or DevSecOps teams
Ability to guide leadership and mission partners
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience supporting the Army National Guard, Army CIOG‑6, NGB, or DoD‑scale transformation efforts
Experience in hybrid Agile-ITSM or scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe or Lean Portfolio Management
Experience building portfolio‑level Kanban systems and value‑stream mapping
Experience with data engineering, automation tools, or advanced analytics platforms such as Databricks or SPORK
Possession of excellent communication skills
CSPO, RTE, SAFe Agilist, CSM, or PMI‑ACP Certifications
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
