Are you a high-velocity Agile Project Manager who lives at the intersection of Lean Product Discovery and XP Engineering?

The Mission

You’ll be the bridge between technical excellence and client vision, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex, API-driven architectures. From managing C-suite stakeholders to unblocking developers using AI-augmented workflows (GitHub Copilot/Cursor), your influence will be felt across the entire SDLC.

• Digital Wallets & eMoney

• Open Banking & Neo Banking

• Banking as a Service (BaaS)

• Crypto & Digital Asset Integrations

What You’ll Bring

• The Blueprint: A proven track record of managing software delivery via XP practices (CI/CD, TDD, Trunk-based development).

• The Strategy: Strong product management skills, roadmaps, backlog refinement, and translating business "vibes" into technical requirements.

• The Commercial Edge: Experience in bid management (RFIs/RFPs) and a knack for spotting strategic growth opportunities.

• The Leadership: A passion for mentoring full-stack squads and using DORA metrics to prove success.
