Agile Project Manager

Location Bangkok, Thailand (100% On-Site, MRT Accessible)

Salary Up to THB 100K

Our client, a leading FinTech company dominating the digital payment industry, is seeking a Project Manager to enhance client services and expand their global reach in the Southeast Asian (SEA) region and global market. As a Project Manager, you will lead internal Scrum teams, manage project implementations, and drive the successful delivery of in-house product development and client projects.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Scrum Master, leading and managing all Scrum activities within internal teams.
• Act as the project manager for traditional waterfall projects related to client implementations.
• Proactively manage the planning, implementation, and tracking of in-house product development and client implementation projects.
• Create detailed project plans, manage project resources and timelines.
• Identify personnel needs and effectively manage resource leveling.
• Generate weekly status reports for senior management and project stakeholders.
• Prepare project documentation, including project charters, RACI matrices, risk registers, communication plans, business requirements, project timelines, and other project management-related materials.

Qualifications:

• An outspoken, socially outward, and energetic leader.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management or as a Scrum Master.
• Good understanding of software development life cycle, various project management methodologies, and Scrum.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Keen eye for identifying efficiencies and driving process improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• Any nationality is welcome, but strong communication skills in English are required.
• Additional Information:
• Strong background in software development is essential, while banking project experience is not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies is crucial to fostering diversity within the team.
