Job Description

Our dynamically growing team is looking for an experienced scrum master to help us deliver a new cloud-based product and its new features. The product is XDR‑enabling module within an Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solution that protects our enterprise customers against malware attacks.

You will be responsible for the in-team and cross-team facilitations and a coordination of plannings together with our Project Management/Release Train Engineers, supporting teams and improving our programs/ARTs performance

You will have 3-4 (feature-/micro-) teams to manage, located in Krakow and Brno.Regular business trips are to be expected.

Required qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in Agile/Scrum/SAFe or similar management frameworks.
• English at a very good level.
• Soft-skills suitable for the role (influential servant leader, mentor/coach, (conflict) navigator).

Nice-to-have qualifications:

• Technological background (cloud-based software as a service, AV industry topics).
• Fluent Slovak or Polish.
• Driving permit – B group.
• Agile certifications.
• Experiences with release management

P ossible locations are Bratislava (hybrid) and Krakow (hybrid).

Basic wage component (gross) for Bratislava location: from 3000 EUR  /month

• The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.

• Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months)

Please note:

Salary details provided are valid only for the Bratislava, Slovakia location. Compensation and bonus structures for Krakow location will be defined during the hiring process. Bonus percentages may vary depending on the location.
