Job Description

The Agile Product Portfolio & Delivery Lead supports the modernization and continuous improvement of delivery practices across ETS by helping drive Lean Agile and SAFe-aligned ways of working. This role partners with product, project, and technology teams to improve delivery execution, strengthen portfolio visibility, standardize reporting, and promote outcome-based delivery practices across the organization.

The position plays a key role in coaching teams through Agile transformation efforts, supporting product-centric operating models, and helping establish scalable governance and delivery standards. Working closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, this role helps improve transparency, delivery predictability, prioritization, and value realization across initiatives and value streams.

Core Responsibilities

  • Supports and drives lean Agile and SAFe transformation for IT product delivery portfolios, such as infrastructure, cyber security and business-aligned products.
  • Coach, lead, guide and manage a team on Agile, Lean, and product-oriented delivery practices.
  • Assist with portfolio operations including intake, prioritization, dependency management, delivery coordination, and status reporting.
  • Develop and maintain delivery dashboards, KPIs, OKRs, portfolio metrics, and executive reporting.
  • Partner with product managers, delivery leads, and stakeholders to improve planning, execution, and cross-team alignment.
  • Proactively conduct Agile maturity assessments, and drive continuous lean delivery improvement through retrospectives, and lessons learned activities.
  • Drive and implement consistency and adoption of portfolio management and Agile delivery tools across teams.
  • Manage a team and identify process improvement opportunities that increase delivery effectiveness, transparency, and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in tracking portfolio financials, forecasting, benefits realization, and delivery performance metrics.
  • Support the transition from traditional project delivery and output-based reporting to outcome-focused product delivery and value realization.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging practices in Agile delivery, portfolio management, and product operations.

Required Education/Experience

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Math, Business, or applicable degree and a minimum of 3 years relevant experience or
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Math, Business, or applicable degree and a minimum of 4 years relevant experience or
  • Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Math, Business, or applicable degree and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience or
  • High School Diploma/GED Technical Certification in IT Technologies and a minimum of 7 years work experience in relevant field required.

Preferred Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Math, Business, or applicable degree and Experience serving as an Agile coach, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer (RTE), or Agile transformation lead

Relevant Work Experience

  • Experience supporting Agile, Lean, or SAFe delivery environments within enterprise IT organizations, required.
  • Strong experience with delivery reporting, portfolio dashboards, KPIs, OKRs, and operational metrics, required.
  • Experience working with Agile and portfolio management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar platforms, required.
  • Experience supporting portfolio planning, prioritization, dependency management, roadmap coordination, and governance activities, required.
  • Experience working across multiple teams and managing competing priorities in fast-paced delivery environments, required.
  • Strong experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, planning sessions, portfolio reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder alignment discussions, required.
  • Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives focused on delivery effectiveness, operational efficiency, and value realization, required.
  • Experience partnering with technology and business stakeholders to align delivery priorities with strategic objectives and customer outcomes, required.
  • Experience supporting organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives, preferred.
  • SAFe, Agile, Scrum, PMP, or related certifications preferred.
  • Experience with value stream management and outcome-based measurement practices, preferred.
  • Experience supporting financial tracking, forecasting, and benefits realization activities preferred.
  • Experience working with vendor-supported delivery teams preferred.
  • Experience serving as an Agile coach, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer (RTE), or Agile transformation lead preferred.

Additional Physical Demands

  • The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to participate in the Companys emergency management processes and storm plans as required.
