Position Specific Description
The Agile Leader oversees the planning and execution of FPL Solutions' transition to AI-enabled technology delivery and a Product-Based Operating Model. This role translates strategy into coordinated execution across AI-SDLC, Product, Engineering, Architecture, AI, Change Management, and workforce enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate combines transformation leadership with modern technology-delivery experience and can drive adoption, manage cross-functional dependencies, remove barriers, and establish measurable improvements while FPL Solutions continues to meet critical business commitments. Key Responsibilities: Ideal Experience: • Progressive technology-delivery or transformation experience. Preferred Qualifications: • Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Transformation Execution: Develop and drive the integrated transformation roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
• AI-SDLC Implementation: Lead adoption of the AI-enabled Software Development Lifecycle across FPL Solutions and continuously improve how technology is planned, built, tested, released, and operated.
• Workstream Integration: Coordinate Product, Engineering, Architecture, AI, DevSecOps, Cybersecurity, Change Management, training, and other transformation activities.
• AI-Enabled Delivery: Accelerate practical use of AI, automation, and agents throughout the technology-delivery lifecycle.
• Adoption & Readiness: Partner with leaders and teams to drive communications, training, capability development, behavioral change, and sustained adoption.
• Execution Leadership: Identify and resolve cross-functional risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and barriers to transformation.
• Performance & Analytics: Establish KPIs and dashboards measuring adoption, productivity, quality, delivery performance, and transformation outcomes.
• Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned, establish reusable practices and playbooks, and continuously improve the delivery model.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional technology transformations.
• Strong knowledge of modern SDLC, Agile, Product, DevSecOps, software engineering, testing, release, and operational practices.
• Practical understanding of generative AI, AI agents, automation, and AI-enabled software delivery.
• Experience implementing or significantly changing technology-delivery practices across multiple teams.
• Strong program integration, dependency management, risk management, governance, and executive decision-support capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive organizational adoption and behavioral change, not simply manage implementation.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and lead across functions without direct organizational authority.
• Experience implementing an AI-SDLC, AI-enabled engineering transformation, DevSecOps transformation, or Product-Based Operating Model.
• Experience with cloud, AI, engineering, DevOps, and enterprise platforms.
• Utility, energy, critical-infrastructure, or regulated-industry experience.
• Experience with transformation analytics, workforce enablement, change management, and benefits realization.
• PMP, Prosci, SAFe/Agile, Product Management, Lean Six Sigma, cloud, DevOps, or relevant AI certifications.
This position guides teams in the execution of agile initiatives to deliver customer value. Employees in this role train and coach in the use of Scrum, Lean, Kanban, XP, and scale agile framework practices.
