Flow IT is KONE IT’s Operating Model. Flow IT defines how we collaborate with business to understand and prioritize needs and sets clear interfaces & collaboration practices between IT and Areas/FLs. It increases efficiency & speed in our development & operations enabled by optimization of “flow”. We are seeking an Agile Execution Lead to join our team in Espoo, Finland. In this pivotal role, you will drive agile ways of working within KONE IT, enabling product groups and teams to deliver value seamlessly while fostering collaboration and innovation.

As an Agile Execution Lead, you will guide teams in aligning their work with strategic objectives, ensuring smooth execution of activities, and promoting continuous improvement. Your role will be vital in building a culture of agility and operational excellence, making a significant impact across KONE IT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execution Leadership: Align team activities with vision, roadmaps, and commitments; remove obstacles; manage risks; and ensure effective tools and processes.

  • Planning & Coordination: Lead quarterly planning and synchronize efforts across teams; collaborate with stakeholders on priorities and initiatives.

  • Performance & Improvement: Drive continuous improvement; facilitate agile ceremonies; monitor performance indicators and address issues proactively.

  • Compliance & Transparency: Ensure adherence to IT processes and foster transparency in progress and deliverables.

  • People & Culture: Create an engaging team environment and mentor teams on agile practices to boost performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in Information Technology or related field.

  • Over 10 years of experience in IT product development within large, global organizations.

  • Experience as a Release Train Engineer or Agile Execution Lead.

  • Proven expertise in leading agile transformations at a team-of-teams level.

  • Over 5 years of hands-on experience of IT Agile practices (e.g. scrum, scaled agile and working as scrum master) and DevOps.

  • Knowledge of operating models, including build & integration, release, and configuration management.

  • Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.

  • Business acumen and ability to create clear, actionable strategies.

  • Basic understanding of AI, the skills to use AI assistants effectively, and a continuous-learning mindset for working with AI agents
