Job Description

It’s about helping team members achieve big goals.

Do you enjoy working with Agile practitioners to effectively deliver business value to internal and external customers? Do you like empowering teams with autonomy and purpose, increasing their motivation and overall job satisfaction? Do you have a continuous improvement mindset? If so, being an Agile Enablement Leader with Frost could be for you

At Frost, it’s about more than a job. It’s about having a flourishing career where you can thrive, both in and out of work. At Frost, we’re committed to fostering an environment that reflects our values and encourages team members to be the best they can be. In joining our adaptable, integrity-driven team, you’ll become part of Frost’s over 150-year legacy of providing unparalleled banking services.

Who you are:

As an Agile Enablement Leader you are our leader, managing a team of Scrum Masters in order to achieve high levels of agility, productivity, and innovation within your teams and within Frost. Our Team Managers believe communication is key and strive to build relationships throughout the organization. You’ll help to keep Agile teams on track, providing your team with needed coaching and support, and assisting with escalated obstacles that may prevent a team from achieving its goals with our signature all-win approach in mind.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as a people manager for Scrum Masters—supporting their performance, development, and alignment with Agile best practices and Frost Values, including leadership competencies
  • Partner with the Principal Agilist and executive stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into team-level outcomes, manage escalations, and drive Agile maturity across the organization
  • Guide Scrum Masters in empowering their teams to identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies, while also addressing broader organizational impediments to Agile delivery
  • Drive consistency and scalability of Agile practices through governance forums, lean metrics reviews, and Communities of Practice—balancing standardization with contextual flexibility
  • Champion continuous improvement by mentoring Scrum Masters, facilitating cross-functional alignment, and advancing Agile capabilities at both team and enterprise levels
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in Agile roles such as Scrum Master, RTE, Agile Coach, or Product Owner
  • Experience as an Agile Coach, demonstrating versatility across frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS, with a track record of enabling Agile adoption in complex environments
  • Proven leadership in coaching and developing individuals and teams
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills that influence at all organizational levels
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and the agility to navigate evolving, fast-paced environments while driving continuous improvement and Agile maturity

Additional Preferred Skills

  • Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe SPC, Enterprise Agile Coach EAC), experience with organizational change management

Our Benefits:

At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that. This includes:

  • Medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, and life insurance
  • 401(k) matching
  • Generous holiday and paid time off schedule
  • Tuition reimbursement
  • Extensive health and wellness programs, including our Employee Assistance Program
  • Referral bonus program + more!
