About The Role
Join HammondCare todrive hands-on deliveryof digital and transformation initiativesacross data, analytics, and technology and ensure work moves at pace to deliver real outcomes in a complex, regulated environment.
This role sits within Agile squads, working closely with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver real outcomes.Working across multiple workstreams, theAgile DeliveryLead(Digital & Data)actively manages timelines, risks, and dependencies, ensuring delivery stays on track and issues are addressed early.

Key Outcomes
Deliver complex digital initiatives in a regulated care environment, engaging diverse clinical andnon‑clinicalstakeholders
Maintain visibility and flow of work using Jira / Azure DevOps boards and Agile-Kanban practices
Manage interdependencies across data, technology, operations, and vendors to ensure coordinatedend-to-enddelivery
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery within Agile squads, working across multiple initiativesacross data, technology, and change
Manage backlog, flow, and priorities usingJira / Azure DevOps (Kanban)
Coordinate across teams, systems, and vendors to deliver integrated outcomes
Identifyrisks and dependencies early, and actively remove blockers
Keep stakeholders aligned with clear, no-surprises communication
Driveadoption and change, ensuring solutions land and are used in practice
Apply governance to control scope, risk, dependencies, and delivery quality
Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements
Engage executive sponsors, clinical leaders, and business stakeholders
Provide clear status reporting and escalation
About you
Tertiary qualification inInformation Technology, Business, or a related discipline
SignificantAgileexperience(e.g.,Certified Scrum Master,SAFe, Kanban)
Experience inhealthcare, aged care, or other regulated environments
Hands-on experience using delivery tools such as Jira and/or Azure DevOps (boards, backlogs, reporting)
