About the Role

The Agile Delivery Lead is a key role within B&PB Digital Experience, responsible for leading the delivery of initiatives using agile frameworks across multiple squads. This role enables squads to achieve high performance, deliver value, and drive continuous improvement across people, processes, and technology.

The Agile Delivery Lead acts as a bridge between business and technical teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and empowerment. They maintain a regular cadence to remove blockers and sustain delivery momentum.

What will your day look like?


As an Agile Delivery Lead, you are accountable for:

  • Coach squads and Product Owners in Agile/Scrum to improve maturity and self‑organisation.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies with a strong focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Enable predictable delivery by managing flow, dependencies, risks and impediments.
  • Partner with Product Owners to maintain clear, prioritised and value‑driven backlogs.
  • Support planning, estimation, cross‑squad alignment and governance readiness.
  • Use delivery and value metrics to drive transparency and improvement.
  • Act as a trusted connector between delivery teams and key stakeholders

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Strong working knowledge of Agile frameworks and practices.
  • Demonstrated experience coaching squads to improve delivery effectiveness, flow and outcomes.
  • Practical delivery management capability (planning, dependencies, risks, metrics).
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and evolving priorities.
  • Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working across multiple squads or value streams.
  • Exposure to complex initiatives involving multiple dependencies and governance constraints.
  • Familiarity with Agile tooling and delivery metrics.
