Agile Delivery Lead

As part of the Agile & Delivery Practice, the Agile Delivery Lead is accountable for enabling predictable, transparent and high-quality delivery of business outcomes across one or more teams. The role works in close partnership with Product, Engineering, Quality and business stakeholders to ensure that the right priorities are delivered at the right time, risks and dependencies are proactively managed, and delivery progress is communicated clearly.
Agile Delivery Leads drive continuous improvement in delivery performance through effective planning, coordination, measurement and coaching. They focus on improving delivery flow, reducing impediments, supporting healthy team dynamics and fostering collaboration across teams and domains to maximise value delivery and organisational effectiveness.
About the role
You’ll be a key driver of product delivery, helping teams turn ideas into impactful, high-quality outcomes at pace.
Working across Product and Engineering, you’ll focus on flow, clarity, and momentum — ensuring teams are aligned on what matters most and enabled to deliver consistently. You’ll prioritise outcomes over process, using agile as a tool to accelerate value, not slow it down.
- Own end-to-end delivery across teams, ensuring predictable, high-quality product outcomes
- Enable teams to focus on value by facilitating agile ceremonies that drive progress, not process
- Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and keep delivery moving across complex, multi-team environments
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to align priorities, capacity, and delivery plans
- Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders, building trust and alignment
- Use delivery metrics to improve flow, speed, and predictability
- Shape and evolve ways of working to optimise collaboration, efficiency, and delivery impact
- Bring the right people together to drive decisions and unblock progress
- Create an environment where teams feel ownership, move quickly, and continuously improve
About you
You’re an outcome-driven delivery leader who understands how to translate product ambition into real-world results.
You know when to apply structure and when to step back — focusing on flow, alignment, and impact rather than rigid frameworks. You’re comfortable navigating complexity, influencing stakeholders, and helping teams perform at their best.
- Strong experience delivering in product-led, agile environments
- A bias for outcomes over process, with a focus on delivering real value to users
- Proven ability to manage dependencies, risks, and priorities across multiple teams
- Confident partnering with Product and Engineering to align delivery with business goals
- Excellent communicator, able to clearly articulate progress, challenges, and trade-offs
- Data-driven mindset, using metrics to improve delivery flow and performance
- Strong coaching approach, helping teams adopt better ways of working
- Highly organised and proactive, with a focus on maintaining momentum
- Good judgement on when to step in, escalate, or enable teams to self-manage
- Passion for continuous improvement — in delivery, team dynamics, and outcomes
