ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Supports Agile delivery by participating in and facilitating Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
2. Provides input in identifying and escalating impediments that affect team progress.
3. Applies Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban to independently contribute to transformation efforts and support team processes.
4. Collaborates with team members and stakeholders to promote Agile principles and continuous improvement.
5. Supports the collection and reporting of Agile metrics and team performance data.
6. Contributes to Agile training and knowledge sharing within the team.
7. Assists in the adoption and use of Agile tools and technologies.
8. Works under guidance to implement Agile best practices and delivery techniques.
9. Supports cross-functional collaboration to achieve delivery goals.
10. Continuously develops Agile knowledge and skills through learning and practice.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile delivery or related technical roles.
3. Basic understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
4. Experience participating in Agile ceremonies.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Fundamentals.
2. Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira).
3. Interest in continuous improvement and Agile methodologies.
4. Technical background or experience in software development or related fields.
