Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics We are actively seeking an Agile Coach - Engineering to work with our Engineering teams at our Santa Barbara office. The mission of the role is to focus Engineering Development teams on the highest priority work, as identified by Product Management, and to enact efficiency to rapidly provide Arthrex with the most valuable output for the investment in Engineering resources. Ideally, the successful candidate will need some exposure to Agile practices along with a Bachelor’s degree, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Main Objective:
The Agile Coach family is responsible for teaching and facilitating Agile Development practices, Agile process design/transformation. The mission of the role is to focus Engineering teams on the highest priority work, as identified by Product Management, and to enact efficiency in order to rapidly provide Arthrex with the most valuable output for the investment in Engineering resources.
