About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to drive Agile transformation across teams and departments. The ideal candidate will coach leaders, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to improve Agile maturity, delivery effectiveness, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, organizational change management, and leadership coaching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders on Agile principles and practices.
  • Drive Agile adoption and continuous improvement across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and retrospectives.
  • Identify and remove organizational and team-level impediments.
  • Support teams in improving planning, delivery, collaboration, and predictability.
  • Partner with leadership to align Agile practices with business objectives.
  • Assess Agile maturity and recommend improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver Agile training and coaching programs.
  • Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Track Agile metrics and use data to drive process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Agile environments, including coaching, Scrum Master, Delivery Management, or related roles.
  • Proven experience leading Agile transformations across multiple teams or departments.
  • Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale.
  • Strong facilitation, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience coaching both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence leadership and drive organizational change.
