Job Description

Position: Agile Business Analyst
Location: St. Paul, MN (HYBRID- 2 days WFH, 3 days onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time)

Purpose of Position:
As an Agile Business Analyst at West Shore Home, you will interact with departments across the company to deliver customer-facing digital products. This includes identifying and executing high impact improvements that unlock new product opportunities and ensure the reliability, predictability, maintainability, and scalability of our digital product portfolio.
Key Role Accountabilities:
• Analyze and translate complex use cases and issues into clear User Stories to address business needs, and document stakeholders, assumptions, key dates, milestones, risks, and acceptance criteria in JIRA for ongoing project management.
• Proactively build and nurture relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, thoroughly analyzing and understanding business requirements, processes, functional needs, cross-functional dependencies, and system capabilities on a global scale in order to translate those business needs into technical requirements.
• Establish the team’s “Definition of Ready” (or checklist of requirements for all user stories) and ensure all user stories meet those requirements and can be moved into development.
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders to identify and clarify project requirements, facilitate feedback sessions, and manage feedback and questions regarding system enhancements and improvements.
Minimum Requirements:
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. The company does not and will not sponsor employment visas.
• 2 + years of experience in business process documentation or agile business analysis.
• Proficient with creating process and system maps, requirements documentation, and related artifacts.
• Experience with industry standard agile software tools (e.g., Jira) and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence).
• Success working in a team environment on multiple projects with changing priorities. Motivated self-starter that can complete direct and self-guided tasks.

Compensation:
• The approximate salary range for this position is $85,000-$120,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
