Role focus

As the Agentic Solution Engagement Lead, you will sit at the intersection oftechnology strategy and deepengineering. Youare expected to be a hands-on technologist withrelevant experiencewithsolution engineering,designingand implementingtechnology architecture,and prototyping cloud, data and AI solutions for specific clients and industries.

You will lead the charge in designing and prototyping sophisticated, agentic systems thatleveragethe full power of the Google Cloudand Geminiecosystem to solve complex business challengesfor our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Engineering & Ideation:Partner with stakeholders to identifyhigh-impact use cases for AI Agents.You’lltranslate "business pain" into a technical roadmap that prioritizes scalability and ROI.

• Rapid Prototyping:You will be expected tobuild high-fidelity "Agentic" prototypes thatdemonstratemulti-step reasoning, tool-use, and complex orchestration.

• Architecture Design:Define the blueprints for enterprise-grade AI systems, ensuring they are robust, secure, and seamlessly integrated with existing data pipelines.

• Google Stack Mastery:Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Google’s Cloud andAI portfolio, ensuring we are pushing the boundaries ofwhat'spossible with the latest releases.

• Technical Advocacy:Bridge the gap between engineering teams and executive leadership, explaining complex "black box" concepts with clarity and conviction.

Technical Expertise:

To thrive in this role, you should have deepexpertiseacross the Google Cloud (GCP),Geminiand Vertex AIlandscape:

Generative AI : Gemini 1.5 Pro/Flash, Vertex AI Studio, Model Garden

Orchestration : LangChain,LangGraph, or Vertex AI Agent Builder, Agent development kit

Data & Vector : BigQuery(Vector Search), Vertex AI Search & Conversation

Architecture: Microservices (Cloud Run/GKE), Event-driven design (Pub/Sub)

Development: Python (Expert), API Design, CI/CDfor ML (MLOps), Antigravity, Gemini CLI, Gemini codeassist

• A Deep Technologist:You don'tjust prompt; you understand embeddings, context windows, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures at a fundamental level.

• A Strategic Thinker:You look past the hype to find the real utility. You understand that an agent is only as good as the data it can accessand the tools it can trigger.

• A Builder at Heart:You thrive in the "zero-to-one" phase. You enjoy the challenge of a blank IDE and a complex problem

• A Google Ecosystem Native:You are intimately familiar with how GCP services integrate across the ecosystemand how tooptimizefor performance and cost withinthe Google Cloudenvironment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, cloud architecture, or data science.

• 4+ years specifically focused on AI/MLarchitecture andimplementation.

• Proventrack recordof delivering end-to-end technical solutions for enterprise clients.

• Relevant Google Cloud Certifications (Professional Cloud Architect or Professional Data Engineer) are a major plus.
