Your role

As the Engineering Manager within Capgemini, you will be responsible for leading the Agentic engineering team for Neo, the newly launched Group-wide AI platform. You will oversee the development of agentic capabilities, guide engineering delivery, and work closely with product, AI research, cloud, and change teams to operationalize next‑generation agentic features at scale. This role plays a key part in shaping how agentic systems evolve and integrate into Neo.

Your tasks

• Leading and coaching the Agentic engineering team to deliver high‑quality, reliable agent‑based features.
• Overseeing and aligning the design, build, and evolution of Neo’s agentic platform components.
• Implementing and standardizing best practices for agentic development, experimentation, and MLOps.
• Coordinating closely with product, AI research, cloud, and change teams to translate needs into implementable solutions.
• Driving innovation by identifying and integrating new approaches and technologies in agentic and autonomous systems.

Your profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing engineering teams, ideally in AI/ML, agentic systems, or platform development.
• Strong understanding of agentic architecture, AI/ML concepts, and model operationalization.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Technical background in Python or similar languages, with experience deploying distributed systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, working with product, AI research, cloud and change teams.
• Bonus: experience with MLOps tools, distributed agentic systems, open-source contributions, Kaggle, GCP certifications.
