You will work on designing and integrating AI‑powered agents that enhance software development and operational workflows across the software delivery lifecycle. The project focuses on orchestrating agentic capabilities that leverage Generative AI, automation, and organizational knowledge while maintaining strong governance, security, and human‑in‑the‑loop controls. These agentic solutions are embedded into enterprise environments to improve decision‑making and workflow efficiency without replacing human judgment.
As an Agentic Engineer, you will design, build, and integrate AI agents that augment development, QA, and platform workflows. You will work closely with engineering and platform teams to embed agentic tools into CI/CD pipelines and enable adaptive automation across DevSecOps processes. Your role includes orchestrating agent behavior, integrating RAG‑based knowledge retrieval, ensuring observability, and implementing policy‑driven guardrails to support secure, governed use of AI across the SDLC.
You have experience working with AI‑powered or agent‑based systems that support software development or operational workflows. You are comfortable collaborating across development, QA, and platform teams and contributing to CI/CD and DevSecOps environments. Your background includes working with agent orchestration, GenAI‑driven automation, RAG‑based knowledge retrieval, and observability, with a strong focus on governance, security, and human‑in‑the‑loop controls in enterprise contexts.
