
Who we are looking for
We are hiring an Assistant Vice President to support the design, coordination, and business validation of Agentic AI solutions across Global Delivery Simplification.
This role serves as a bridge between Business, Product, and Operations teams to ensure Agentic AI solutions are effectively validated against business requirements, operational processes, and risk expectations.
The position focuses on helping business stakeholders define testing approaches, develop meaningful business scenarios, identify risks and coverage gaps, and coordinate validation activities to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose prior to production deployment.

The Assistant Vice President supports business-led testing and validation activities for Agentic AI solutions by helping operational teams translate business requirements into effective testing and acceptance criteria.
The role acts as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, ensuring testing activities adequately cover business processes, operational controls, exception scenarios, and AI-specific behaviors while promoting consistency and quality across delivery teams.
