Your mission
As an Agentic AI SDLC Architect, you will define and lead the architecture, operating model, and adoption strategy of the Agentic AI Software Development Lifecycle across SI Buildings Software & Digital Services (SDS), also known as Building X
This is a highly visible transformation role for a senior architect who wants to shape how AI, autonomous agents, and AI-native engineering practices are embedded across software and firmware development at enterprise scale.
You will establish the architectural foundations, governance model, standards, and engineering guardrails that enable the transition from traditional software development to an AI-native Software Factory. Working at the intersection of software architecture, platform engineering, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, AI governance, and product engineering, you will design the framework through which AI agents become trusted participants across the entire software lifecycle.
You will drive the evolution from isolated AI tools and copilots to a governed ecosystem of agentic capabilities spanning requirements engineering, architecture, implementation, quality engineering, security assurance, release management, operations, and continuous learning.
Your work will directly influence the future engineering operating model of SI Buildings and help create a scalable, secure, and measurable approach to AI-augmented product development.
