Job Description

About the Business

For over 80 years, the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) has empowered individuals and organisations to thrive with industry-focused education solutions. AIM has developed over 100 short courses and Vocational Qualifications to help our students advance their skills and career, regardless of industry and experience. Today, AIM is the market leader in corporate education and training. Our unmatched breadth and depth of programs enables us to support organisations to drive team engagement and growth objectives.

About the Role
The Agentic AI Contract Facilitator role at AIM delivers engaging learning experiences focused on how organisations can responsibly introduce and manage agentic AI in professional environments.

These courses explore how AI agents can support decision-making, delegation, workflow optimisation and organisational effectiveness, while maintaining appropriate human judgement, oversight and governance. The focus is on practical application in workplace contexts rather than technical development of AI agents.

You will facilitate highly interactive sessions for non-technical professionals, helping participants understand where agentic AI creates value, where risks may emerge, and how structured oversight approaches can support responsible adoption.

Participants may include managers, team leaders and professionals seeking to understand how AI can support team capability, operational efficiency and strategic outcomes.

Seeking applicants based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane for face-to-face delivery.

Please note: Successful candidates will be engaged as independent contractors and must have their own ABN or ACN.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and interactive learning sessions focused on practical organisational applications of agentic AI
  • Facilitate discussion on topics such as delegation of work to AI systems, workflow redesign, decision-making, accountability and human oversight
  • Guide learners in evaluating where agentic AI can support productivity, coordination and business outcomes
  • Encourage participation and discussion among professionals with varied levels of familiarity with AI
  • Create a supportive and engaging learning environment across virtual and in-person delivery formats
  • Provide feedback and insights to support continuous improvement of course materials and learning experience

About you

  • Proven experience facilitating AI, leadership, strategy, innovation, or digital transformation learning experiences in professional environments.
  • Strong understanding of how AI is influencing organisational decision-making, delegation, and team capability.
  • Confident delivering training across diverse formats, including online, in-person, and hybrid.
  • Adept at managing varied learner needs and facilitating discussion among professional audiences.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using virtual learning platforms (e.g. Zoom, Teams, LMS).
  • Tertiary qualification in education, leadership, business, or relevant field is desirable.
