Job Title: Agentic AI Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making, workflow execution, and tool integration. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI/ML systems, LLM-based applications, and building multi-agent or autonomous AI solutions that solve real business problems.
Design and develop agentic AI systems that can plan, reason, and execute tasks autonomously.
Build and optimize applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced AI frameworks.
Develop multi-agent architectures for complex workflows and decision-making processes.
Integrate AI agents with enterprise tools, APIs, databases, and internal platforms.
Implement memory, planning, retrieval, and tool-use capabilities in AI agents.
Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to identify AI automation opportunities.
Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI systems in production.
Continuously evaluate new AI frameworks, models, and techniques to improve solutions.
7–8 years of experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or applied AI development
Strong programming experience in Python
Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.
Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and embeddings.
Familiarity with OpenAI, open-source LLMs, or similar AI model ecosystems
Experience building AI agents, automation workflows, or intelligent assistants
Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and scalable system design.
Experience with multi-agent systems and autonomous AI workflows
Knowledge of prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI safety
Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.
Experience working in AI startups or advanced R&D environments
Background in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
