Job Description


As an Agentic AI Developer, you will:

  • Design and develop intelligent agentic systems capable of autonomous reasoning and decision-making.

  • Build and integrate AI models leveraging natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML), and reinforcement learning techniques.

  • Develop scalable AI pipelines and APIs that enable adaptive and context-aware applications.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI-driven automation into enterprise solutions.

  • Ensure ethical, explainable, and high-performance AI implementations across digital ecosystems.

  • Continuously explore emerging frameworks and agentic AI technologies to enhance innovation.

  • What You Bring to the Table:

    • Strong expertise in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LangChain.

    • Understanding of agentic architectures, large language models (LLMs), and autonomous systems.

    • Proficiency in integrating AI with APIs, cloud services, and data platforms.

    • Experience in prompt engineering, AI orchestration, and real-time decision-making systems.

    • Solid grasp of data processing, optimization, and model evaluation techniques.

    You should possess the ability to:

    • Translate complex business problems into intelligent AI-driven solutions.

    • Develop and optimize multi-agent workflows with minimal human intervention.

    • Collaborate effectively with data scientists, engineers, and product teams.

    • Balance innovation with responsibility, ensuring transparent and explainable AI systems.

    • Stay ahead of AI advancements and continuously experiment with next-generation technologies.
