We are seeking an innovative and hands-on Agentic AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents and autonomous workflows powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have practical experience in building Agentic AI systems, multi-agent orchestration, AI automation pipelines, and Generative AI applications for enterprise use cases.

This role requires strong expertise in AI engineering, prompt orchestration, workflow automation, LLM integrations, and scalable AI solution development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Agentic AI solutions using modern AI orchestration frameworks.
• Build autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, memory handling, and task execution.
• Develop multi-agent workflows and AI automation systems for business processes.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and external tools.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector-based search systems.
• Implement prompt engineering strategies to optimize AI agent performance and response quality.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLM-powered applications.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Develop APIs and backend services for AI-driven applications.
• Ensure AI systems are scalable, secure, reliable, and production-ready.
• Monitor AI workflows, performance, latency, and operational metrics.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in Agentic AI, Generative AI, and autonomous systems.

• Knowledge of Machine Learning and NLP fundamentals.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience developing enterprise AI assistants, copilots, or AI automation platforms.
• Exposure to MLOps, LLMOps, AI observability, and model evaluation frameworks is a plus.
• Contributions to AI open-source projects or research initiatives are highly desirable.
