Peraton Labs is seeking an Agentic AI Business Analyst to help translate mission and business needs into operational AI-enabled workflows for a commercial Agentic AI platform. This role will sit at the intersection of mission understanding, workflow design, user enablement, and hands-on interaction with agentic systems
This individual will help shape how the platform is applied to real-world use cases by defining user workflows, refining requirements, evaluating outputs, guiding agent behavior, and helping ensure that solutions align with mission needs. The ideal candidate brings a blend of business analysis, operational workflow understanding, data-informed thinking, and hands-on comfort working with Agentic AI tools.
Prior FAA experience is highly desired, particularly if you understand aviation operations, mission workflows, or the types of procedural and operational environments where secure AI-enabled applications can create measurable value.

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
