The professional will be responsible for managing product registration activities, ensuring that all information entered into systems and platforms follows established guidelines and quality standards.

• Input and update product data, including descriptions, prices, images, and other relevant information.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of registered information according to operational requirements.
• Review product details and identify potential inconsistencies or errors.
• Proactively investigate and resolve issues related to product descriptions and registration processes.
• Work with digital tools, spreadsheets, and internal platforms to maintain organized records.
• Support process improvements by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and data quality.

Requirements:

We are looking for a proactive and organized professional with strong attention to detail, comfortable working with structured information and digital tools.

• Ability to work effectively in a home office environment.
• Availability to work remotely with a suitable workspace, including desk, chair, and a quiet environment.
• Reside in São Paulo or Greater São Paulo region.
• Availability to work occasionally from an office location when requested by leadership or operational needs.
• Reliable wired internet connection above 10 MB (Wi-Fi-only connections are not accepted).
• Ability to work with multiple screens simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow operational guidelines.
