What You Will Do

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack features that enhance AI agent behavior and omnichannel support capabilities.
• Develop reliable, production-grade systems using Python and TypeScript across the technology stack.
• Contribute to the architecture and design of scalable systems to accommodate rapid customer and product growth.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver features efficiently and accurately.
• Write asynchronous, high-performance code in a low-latency environment, ensuring reliability.
• Take ownership of product areas, driving them from conception through to production.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2+ years of full-time, post-graduate experience in full-stack engineering from high-growth startups, high-frequency trading firms, or top-tier tech companies.
• Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript with a solid understanding of asynchronous programming concepts.
• Proven ability to ship production code independently and manage systems end-to-end.
• Experience working on fast-scaling products or high-impact systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a top 20 university or a top 10 computer science program.

Preferred

• Experience building or contributing to AI/ML products or high-impact system design initiatives.
• Early career experience at elite trading firms or growth-stage startups.
• Familiarity with enterprise software deployment and scaling, especially in AI-powered applications.
